How do I set up a new credit card to be billed for monthly iCloud storage?
I've added the card to payment & shipping but don't know how to link it to my storage plan.

iCloud will use any card added to your Apple ID (Payment & Shipping) there is nothing else you need to do once you add the card to Payment & Shipping. The next time iCloud needs to renew it will use the card automatically.
