Apple Health App Not Refreshing Data

My health app has not been updating consistently. It would not sync with apps, it wouldn't update my oxygen levels, steps, etc... and it would sometimes be days behind in data. I could not force it to refresh.

I think I found a solution and wanted to share in case others might be experiencing the same thing.

I had updated everything, rebooted both phone and watch, made sure all the settings were correct. Nothing was working and it would go days without updating.

After seriously trying everything that people had posted to try, I found this... I went into Settings>Health>Data Access & Devices, and scrolled to the bottom of Data Access & Devices. I had a couple of old phones that were still listed as devices. I clicked on the old phone that I no longer was using and clicked Delete All Data from "device name". It might help to rename your current devices so that you know which devices to delete...

I also deleted old devices from my Find my app, too. I still had one on there.

After deleting all old devices from health app and find my, the health app updated immediately, and seems to be functioning as it should, now. I hope this was actually a "fix" and not just a coincidence!
