Iphone screen flickering yellow

I was just normally attending call on my phone. As soon as I disconnected, my phone started to flicker nothing else is there on my phone except the yellow flickering screen.

How to fix iPhone 13 Pro which is affected by flickering green screen? My iPhone 13 pro screen is affected by flickering green screen. The display turned green while on a call. I had tried the force reset procedure to no avail. I read from the apple community post that apple is fixing this issue for free, irrespective of the warranty status. Can you please confirm?
