Hello,

For any billing inquiries or refund requests, you should contact Support Team at nebula.support@nebulahoroscope.com or using "Contact us" button inside the app. Also, there you can find cancelation guides in the settings menu.

You signed up for a subscription after the initial palm reading. It may have been in fine print, but that is how the first $45.00 charged occurred. Changing your card number does not cancel a subscription and your bank transfers those to your new card. This is detailed here:

Changing your credit card won’t necessarily stop the charges because credit card issuers will now update charges to your new credit card automatically. However, if you’ve tried unsuccessfully to cancel a subscription service, you can contact your credit card issuer or bank for help.

You will still need to contact Nebula to cancel the subscription:

They have not hacked into your account, your bank is just honoring the subscription that you inadvertently signed up for. Continue to pursue the matter with your bank as well. And yes Nebula is a scam!

This company is a scam. Their contact us section in the app doesn’t even open for you to ask questions. I verified i had no open subscription after looking into their service under Apple subscriptions yet they managed to sneak 45 bux out of my account before the cancelation and will not give it back. This company leans into this service like they are doing good for the world yet they pull this ishhhh.

If you managed to get to this company from a Social Media link or a website advertisement, then your subscription is not with Apple where it can be cancelled by going to your Subscription Settings. In this case, the link you used directed you to their website where you signed up for a subscription directly with them bypassing Apple's ability to manage the subscription. You will need to cancel on their website if that is what happened to you.
