Tone missing at end of outgoing voice message

When people call me they are all stating they do not hear the tone or beep to start talking. What happened to it and how do I get it back? My original outgoing message still plays. I have an iPhone 11pro.

Why does IPhone 13pro text tone are so low. Is Apple going to create an update to fix the problem. Searching the internet there several asking about the same issue that I have. Why can you not increase the text notification volume any louder than a very low sound. Every response says to go to settings and increase the sound. That only works with the ringing for a phone receiving a call but not the text.

IPhone does not generate DTMF tones Quite often after I have dialed the number and dealing with voice menu where I need to push buttons for various options, the phone fails to generate the tones. I press any number, the screen flashes briefly, but no tone is generated. Usually I am able to "fix" the problem by actions like turning on and off the speaker, or hiding and restoring the keypad - then suddenly it starts working and pushing the buttons generates the tones. This is iOS 16.0 on iPhone 11 Pro Max
