My MacBook Pro Touch Bar and Control Strip are not working properly after latest update

Touch Bar and Control Strip not working properly sometimes it shows other time every thing becomes black only after 1-2 restart it again starts working properly. One thing that I observed is in Activity monitor Touch Bar server is there but control strip is not there, and when both are there in activity monitor everything works fine.

Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled temporarily.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
