Why have i not received my refund even though it says my purchase has been refunded
I received a notification that my package was canceled and that I would get a refund within 7 to 10 days but I never received my refund

Apple and Apple Pay are not involved in refunds ( unless Apple is the merchant). When the merchant actually transfers the funds, they go directly to the bank that issued the payment method you used. Refunds/transfer do not go through Apple.
Contact the merchant and ask for the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) then give the number to your credit card issuer and they can track the refund.
In my experience, the merchant probably has not issued the refund and that’s the delay. Legally they have 30 days to complete the process.
