Homekit - Scene with audio (Sonos) not working unless Apple-TV is on

Hello,

I created a scene with some chilling lights and I wanted that my Sonos will play some playlist from Apple Music.

When I'm activating the scene, the lights turn on, but the Sonos not playing audio, but when I'm turning on my Apple TV, I see that the Sonos is selected on the ATV (I didn't select the sonos... I'm using the tv's speakers).

If I'm removing the ATV, the scene works great, but now..I can't use Automations because my ATV(the Hub) not connected anymore.

Why it's happening?

What can I do?
