I am trying to change notifications on Iphone's weather app that came with my iphone. It keeps sending me non stop air quality alerts and I am going insane because I don't want them. I have gone into the settings and notifications and have turned everything off and still, I get multiple alerts at a time all day long. How do I make it stop?

Interesting. I've never gotten AQI alerts from Apple's weather app despite some periods of really awful AQI. I don't see anything in the app itself or in settings that speaks to this.
Try going to Settings>Notifications>Weather>Time Sensitive and turning that off.
ETA: Where are you located? Or, perhaps more to the point, what cities do you have listed in Weather?
Denver has AQI information that my city does not.
From within the weather app, from the main screen (where all of the cities you have selected are listed and where you can search for additional cities), tap on the three dots in the upper right. Tap notifications. I suspect what you want to turn off is "Severe Weather Alerts".
It sounds as if you may have a third-party air quality app installed on your iPhone. That's the first thing I'd check.
It is title "Weather" and when I go to report an issue it says apple.com at the top.
