Signia's device compatibility webpage doesn't mention Apple Watch.

(They do provide a QR code for automatic device compatibility)

I understand that some of the other heareing-aid brands (eg: Widex, Oticon ) do have an app available. They provide a version of their hearing aids that can be then be used with an Apple Watch.
