Need help Clearing iPhone storage

You can't. iCloud is a syncing service, not online storage. If you need room on your phone, you will need to delete stuff.

Unfortunately you can’t because iCloud storage is a syncing service and not a separate storage… for example if you delete anything ( photos, documents, etc…) from your iPhone it will be deleted from your iCloud storage… I suggest either buying a upgrade for iCloud storage or buying a usb and move those images there… hope this helps

Not good advice. iCloud is a syncing service not online storage. If they delete photos on their phone, they will be deleted from the cloud as well.

Do you have access to a computer. If you do offload some of it to it.

put things in iCloud Drive like photos or documents.
