My iPhone SE 2nd Gen now says ‘Disabled, connect to iTunes’. How do I fix this?

I had an IPhone SE 2nd generation in 2021. I forgot the passcode to it and have tried it to many times. The IPhone is now saying disactivated. It also says “ connect with ITunes “ I do not know how to do that. I don’t have a computer. But I have another IPhone 13. I really need to fix it because I have an Apple Watch that doesn’t function because I forgot the Apple ID too.
