Betterme app won’t cancel!

I’ve canceled my subscription for the BetterMe app six months ago and still getting charged!! I have looked through their website to see if there are any other things I need to do and I cannot find anything! When I requested it canceled kept clicking cancel cancel cancel it still charging me $32 a month since March!!! Apple you need to fix this! If someone cancels their subscription through Apple, just how they signed up there shouldn’t be any hidden ways to cancel your subscription. It should just cancel or kick them off the platform. Period! I want a refund! And I want this canceled!

This is the only way to cancel a subscription that is being managed by Apple:

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If you do not see the subscription there, then the subscription was made with BetterMe directly on their website and Apple has no control over those subscriptions. You will need to cancel the subscription on that website and any refunds will have to come from them as well. Apple is not involved in this transaction in any way and is between BetterMe and your bank. Lately there have been many ads for BetterMe on Social Media and websites that direct you to their page for a subscription. It makes no difference if they also have an app or not, you would still be getting charged for that subscription.
