Audio Renderer Error: Please restart your computer

I have a MacBook Pro M1(OS version Sonoma 14.6) and I cannot play any audio or video on the speakers. The video fails to run. But when I connect my earbuds the video and audio run smoothly. How can I fix this (I have reinstalled macOS several times, restarted the laptop 100 times, tried to run in Apple diagnostics but nothing works)?

Only once the audio worked for me for 10-15 minutes somehow but again it shows the same issue.

Kindly let me know what's the solution for this? Is this a software or a hardware issue?
