Homepod lag between left and right speakers

When i attempt to use two homepod minis as a stereo pair, i often hear a lag between left and right channels.

HomePod mini Stereo Pair only plays from one speaker (and switches speakers every few minutes!!) Hi - I've been trying to get my new HomePod mini speakers to play as a pair. I have paired and unpaired them multiple times, run software updates on both AppleTV and HomePods, removed them from Home app, reset HomePods, paired and unpaired from AppleTV. On a couple occasions, I have had them work temporarily as a stereo pair both playing music from my phone and sound from AppleTV but, each time, in short order, they revert back to only playing from one. And now, I've noticed, the sound will switch back and forth between speakers but only one will play at a time. This has been frustrating and I'm out of ideas. My other HomePod mini stereo pair works just fine and has never given me issues... Any support or additional things I should try would be greatly appreciated!! Thank You!

Only one HomePod Mini responds to volume control when part of stereo pair and AppleTV I cannot get my stereo pair of HomePod Minis to respond correctly to volume when being used as audio output for AppleTV; only one HPM responds, and the other is fixed to initial volume, needing to be controlled manually instead of by remote. This problem does not exist when listening to music outside of AppleTV. I have reset both HomePods. Problem persists.

HomePod Sluggish after TVOS 17 Anybody’s HomePod/HomePod mini act sluggish after the TVOS17 update? Every time I trigger the assistant, she does not stay spinning till I am done saying my command nor does she seem to understand me anymore from a distance I have to be pretty close to the speaker. When I do a hard reset, my HomePod mini act perfectly for a few hours but later on difficulty repeats
