Find My is the only way that you can possibly locate the phone. But, Find My will not display an accurate location if any of the following have occurred:

  • The battery has run down
  • The phone has been powered off
  • The phone does not have an Internet connection where it is located

In addition, iPhone thieves often store a stolen phone in a special type of bag that will not allow the phone to either send or receive a message

All that you can do is keep checking a few times each day to see if the status of the phone has changed.

Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen phones and we have no way of tracking the phone for you.

Good luck.
