My web browser says it doesn’t support iCloud. It also has like preloaded pages uploading for my web browser here is one of the preloaded pages

You don't generally log into iCloud through Safari from an iPhone. If this is your iCloud account, you should already be logged in on your phone. What exactly are you trying to do?
It also sounds as if you have a Norton product on your iPhone. Get rid of it immediately. It will cause a lot of problems and provide no additional security.
