iCloud.com Not Working on Safari:

A. Log in here: https://www.icloud.com/

B. Delete ALL VPNs:

Do you have any VPNs installed? If so, delete them --not turn them off.

C. Try Another Browser:

Have you tried another browser? See if you can download one (i.e. Chrome, DuckDuckGo, Brave). NOTE: Being so old of an Operating System, you may need to find an older version --one compatible with Yosemite. That being the case, obtain it from the Developer, and nowhere else(to avoid bugs and incompatibility issues)

D. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

  1. Go to: Safari menu
  2. Select: Settings...
  3. Click: Privacy tab
  4. Click: Manage Website Data... command button
  5. Select: iCloud.com
  6. Click: Remove command button

If no success...

7. Click: Remove All command button
