Accessing i Cloud - unsupprted browsers
I have late 2013 mac running Sierra 10.12.6. How do I access iCloud? both Safari & Chrome deny access

A 2013 Mac is able to run up to macOS 10.15 Catalina or perhaps even macOS 11.x Big Sur depending on the exact model. However, macOS 10.15+ only supports 64 bit apps, so if your software is only 32bit, then you must use macOS 10.14 or earlier.

Just make sure all your software is compatible with a newer OS. Even with macOS 10.15 or 11.x, it is only a matter of time before apps requiring Internet access or online services will become unusable as the Internet and the online services change over time.
