How to access hide my email account
Is there any way to access my @privaterelay.appleid.com email with with email/outlook or can I not access this email

Private Relay and Hide My Email are two separate services.
If you opt to use Hide My Email, the system generates unique, random email addresses that automatically forward to your personal inbox. So you can access the email that sents to the private address from wherever you access your Inbox.
If you mean something else, please explain.
