Hi. My brand new iPhone 15’s power off button doesn’t turn off my phone, however, it still works for Siri and Apple Pay, it just doesn’t work when I need to turn off my iPhone. It starts working again when I restart my phone, but I don’t want to do it every time it happens as it happens at least once per day. Any solutions? Should I take it to the Apple Store?

To turn off the iPhone hold volume up button and the power button at the same time when you see the slider to turn off the iPhone release the buttons and slide the control over the screen then your phone will turn off
If your phone is brand new (that means you purchased it less than 14 days ago from Apple) and you're having a hardware issue, take it back. Return it and get a new one. Don't go through the Genius Bar.
