I updated my phone (iPhone 13 mini) to the iOS 18.4.1 update last night and I woke up to the phone completely shutting down when I click the power button. It comes back on without having to power it on it just automatically comes back on. I didn’t have this issue mere hours ago and I’m confused why this would’ve happened, the phone was on my nightstand all night and did not face any sorts of impacts to do damage.

Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and Charging. What percent does it say? Your iPhone is 4 years old and is likely overdue for a battery replacement, which could be causing these shut-off and on's. The update also could have caused additional stress on the already failing battery.

It’s all resolved it was an issue on apples end, they seem to have messed up the update but I am now on iOS 18.5 and it’s all good
I’m at 84%, I don’t think it’s the battery health because it wasn’t doing this before the update

Yes it’s still shutting off after the update although it wasn’t before
