When I insert the CD and tell it to import music, I get the error unable to import the track (track name) unknown error -54.
MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.6
Turn the setting off, eject and unplug the CD drive, reboot the Mac, plug back the drive and turn on the setting again.
Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders > Music and make sure “Removable Volumes” is on.
Removable Volumes setting is correctly set on. This did not fix the issue.
That fixed it. Thank you.
Since I upgrade to 14.6 I get an unknown error (-54)when trying to import music from a CD
