Help please.
I keep getting the message that hackers are watching me when on Facebook, which I’m sure is a scam. Any idea how to get rid of it? I’m worried something has got on my phone and iPad! Thanks

No one is watching you. These are indeed Phishing scams, designed to frighten you to buy services you don't need for issues you don't have.

Those are ads served to you by Facebook.
They are designed to scare you into buying useless software.
Ignore them and install an ad blocker, I never see such things.
