Where is the app store?
Can't I download apps from the app store anymore? I'm on the latest version of MacOS on my iMac and Macbook Air, and both are blocked, or something.
I just wanted to get a new solitaire game . . .

Sounds like you have restrictions put on your devices that prevent installing apps. Go to > System Settings > Screen Time, and turn off Share Across Devices, then click the Content & Privacy Restriction and turn that off as well.
