Browsing chrome in dark mode

Each developer chooses whether they want to respect your Dark mode setting on your device. They are free to ignore it if they wish. Contact Google and express your desire for them to support Dark Mode setting on your device.

They choose to use their own representation of Dark Mode that does not follow your device settings and manages it seperately with their apps.

How to Enable Dark Mode in Chrome and Google

Enabling Dark Mode in Chrome

* Open Chrome: Launch the Chrome browser on your device.

* Access Settings: Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser and select "Settings".

* Find Appearance: Look for the "Appearance" section in the settings menu.

* Choose Dark Mode: Select "Dark" under the "Appearance" section.

Enabling Dark Mode in Google Search

* Sign in to your Google Account: Ensure you're signed in to the same Google account across all your devices for consistent settings.

* Access Search Settings: Go to google.com, click on your profile picture in the top right corner, and select "Settings".

* Choose Theme: Under the "Appearance" section, select "Dark theme".
