I’m not able to update my iPhone because it says I have no internet, but I do

It won’t let me update my phone because it keeps saying that I’m no longer connected to internet but I’m connected to internet with full bars and it still not working , I have tried to disconnect my internet on my phone and that doesn’t work and I have tried powering off my phone but that doesn’t work

Depending on iPhone model, you may not be able to update using cellular data. Only iPhones that support 5G and have a 5G connection can update over cellular. Otherwise you must use Wi-Fi.


Also:

Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
