List of all applications on my MacBook.

My MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019/2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9) is constantly crashing and when rebooting, goes into safe mode.

I have tried everything, and I mean virtually everything and am left with the final option of wiping the disk and re-installing all the applications. I assume this might be because I've migrated through various Macs to get to where I am today.

To this end, I need to create a list of all applications to re-install.

Under system information, this window is visible.

It would be great if I could download a list, or alternatively, take screen shots, then using Photos OCR extract the information.

Of course, I can make a list from my Applications folder, but that not only will not identify what version (I have parallels desktop installed) etc. the application is associated with.

I can copy and paste and application list, or use cataloguing software like Neofinder to create a file, but being able to extract the information from the System Info window would be best.

Help?
