Macbook keeps reconnecting to wifi (important specific details)

MacBook (MacOS Monterey 12.6.7) Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016

1,2 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core m5

8 GB 1867 MHz LPDDR3

My MacBook keeps reconnecting to WiFi. Sometimes it does so automatically, sometimes I have to reconnect manually. It doesn't always do this. There are times that I have stable WiFi for some weeks and sometimes for days on end it reconnects every 30 minutes or less. The strange thing is that no other devices in my household that's connected to the same network has this and if I take my MacBook to other networks (work, friends etc.) it works perfectly fine, never had this issue to this day. It started doing this when I moved into our new home and connected to the brand new installed router for the first time. I couldn't find any cases that were so specific as this one and I hope there is a solution cause it's driving me insane.

Thanks

MacBook
