Attack on iPad safari
I m supporting a Person with a iPad : Safari Shows a Fake Site and the user tried to get rid of it by clicking on „yes“. A Microsoft Support phone number should now be called. WhatsApp can I do ?

Don't call the phone number. Dismiss the web page and just forget you ever saw it. Then, read Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages - Apple Community, and make sure the person you are supporting reads it also. These scams are very common.
