iPhone 12 Sound Issue - Manufactured in September 2021

I have an iPhone 12 that is experiencing the no sound issue described in the recent service program for iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. However, my device was manufactured in September 2021, which is outside the stated timeframe of October 2020 to April 2021.

Despite this, my phone does not emit sound from the receiver when making or receiving calls, matching the symptoms of the affected devices in the service program.
