I'm not sure what happened to your friend, but they weren't "banned from the calculator app". That's just not a real thing.
There apparently was a similar question yesterday that has since been removed. I can't tell who posted it.
It also appears to be something showing up in TikTok ( I found that in a web search, not by actually using TikTok). I found one from about 16 hours ago.
Someone on Twitter/X made a post about two months ago saying that Apple should ban people who divide by zero. I assume it was intended to be funny?

Sorry, but that is fake. Either you attempted to make it yourself or you fell for someone that did. It is a terrible fake at that. Hopefully you are not that naive and if you are, the internet is probably not a safe space for you to be browsing.

What you will get is an error message:
You cannot delete the App Store. It can be restricted in Screen Time so it will not show up on your screen. This is common for parents to not allow children or family members to download apps from the store. You can turn off Screen Time restrictions if you are allowed to and know the passcode if one had been set.

In Sequoia, it's different. And you get a different output depending on what you enter. Any number followed by dividing by zero results in this:
