AirPod Pro case not charging

I recently bought AirPod Pros, and the case is not charging. I am using the cable that came with it and plugging it directly into my MacBook Air. The AirPods themselves are at 100% and charge, but the case itself will not charge. Any suggestions?

If your AirPods Pro case isn't charging, try using a different cable and power source, and inspect the charging ports for debris. You can also reset the AirPods by holding the button on the case for 15 seconds until the light flashes, then reconnect them. Make sure your AirPods have the latest firmware by keeping them connected to your iPhone. If none of this works, contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Store, as the issue may be hardware-related.
