I bought a new phone for my wife’s birthday. Did trade in with Apple Att. I need a trade in kit to send her phone back
will you ship me one or was I supposed to get one from the Apple Store? Please help thanks

This is a user to user only forum. Did you buy the phone from Apple directly? You said Apple Att. Who is Att? If you bought the phone from Apple directly, typically, you get the new phone, then a few days later, the trade in box arrives. If you bought it from someone else, you'll have to contact them about how to trade the phone back in.
