Hello!

Apple devices will periodically request that you verify your Apple Account for security or syncing reasons. To verify your Apple Account on your Apple Watch, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Home View on your Apple Watch by waking it, and clicking the Digital Crown once.
  2. Locate the Settings app, and tap to open it (it looks like a gray gear).
  3. At the top of the Settings app, near your name, there should be a button requesting that you verify your Apple Account. Click on it, and follow the steps you are given.

If you do not see this option in the Settings app on your Apple Watch, you can also check the Watch app on your iPhone.

I hope this helps!
