Hello!

Try opening up the Activity Monitor app on your Mac by pressing command+space on your keyboard, then search "Activity Monitor" and press return.

From there, you can click on the Memory tab at the top of the app to view all of the process on your Mac that may be taking up a lot of memory. The ones with the highest usage will show up at the top of the list, if they are taking up an unreasonable amount of memory, you can click once on the process to highlight it, then tap the "x" button in the toolbar at the top of the app to close it.

I hope this helps!
