How do I identify battery health analytic data?

I had buy ipad m2 on 14 july 2024 and i check my BatteryHealthMetric": 61 which is quite low how is it possible

If you have any concerns for the health of your new iPad or its battery, instead of attempting to manually analyse raw analytics data, you would be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support.
