Why doesn’t iPad have the same battery health and charging info as iPhone. Users shouldn’t have to go through hoops to get this information especially when the nearest Apple Store is 20 miles away.

Only the iPad Pro M4, iPad Air M2 or an iPad mini A17 Pro, have the battery health feature. If you have any other iPad model, this feature won't be seen.
