iPhone alarm won’t go off until I wake my screen up in the morning

My alarms are set for 4:30 and 4:40 to get up and go to the gym but my alarms won’t make any sound nor vibrate. I normally am on the telephone overnight but even when I tell my significant other to hang up before they go to bed it does the same thing. My alarms won’t even show up on my screen along with not making sound or vibrating only in the mornings. Let’s say I set an alarm for 5 and I wake up at 6 I will touch my screen to wake it up and my alarms show on my screen but still no sound or vibrating. Please help I’m starting school back and need to wake up on time. If anything doesn't make sense tell me and I will reiterate.
