How can i remove an unsecured Network from my WiFi network?

When I open my wifi in settings on my iPad, there is one network that is unsecured. I have tried to use the, Forget this network and all that does is remove it from my network to Other Networks. I want to remove it completely. Has anyone encountered this issue & if so have you been able to resolve it? Thank you for reading & any assistance offered:)

Your iPad is simply telling you that it is seeing the network broadcasting in your vicinity. It could be down the block in another house or apartment, or it could be associated with some piece of equipment in your own home, such as a printer or a home automation appliance. Whatever and wherever it is, unless you can get it to stop broadcasting its identity or you move the iPad away from it, your iPad will keep reporting that it is nearby (if only as an Other Network).
