How can I delete managed Wi-Fi networks on my iPhone?

I cannnot seem to delete this specific network from my WiFi settings! There’s “KNOWN NETWORKS “ and there’s “MANAGED NETWORKS” which those don’t give you no option to remove from your phone. My iPhone has been acting super strange! It basically feels like HACKED!!! Please someone help! Thank you so very much!
