Sharing Apple Music with kids

A few years back I created a child apple Id for my now 14yr old son. I pay for the Apple One family plan. Every time he adds music to his library it will show on mine. This is super annoying as we clearly have different music taste. How do we resolve this unwanted consolidation of apple music libraries?

(I'm tempted of kicking him out of my family plan)

cheers

To manage separate music libraries and prevent your son's Apple Music additions from appearing in your library, check your Family Sharing settings, manage shared library features, use individual libraries, customize family member content, set up individual accounts, evaluate subscription options, and contact Apple Support. Encouraging separate use can help reduce overlap in music preferences and improve overall Apple Music management.
