My iPhone se suddenly decided to put my phone in a new language and i dont know how or why

Hard to say why it happened, however to correct the issue, go to Settings>General>Language & Region>change language.
You should know the Settings app, then General has the icon like the gear, then Language is in the 5th group of settings, 4th line down, then the first setting is preferred language
Is this everywhere or just a certain app?
