Even if I’m on Wi-Fi my iMessage doesn’t work ? Just lost verizon connection due to no payment , could no payment stop my iMessage to not work ? I own the iPhone …

Yes, this is due to your Verizon service being suspended. For iMessage to work on your iPhone, the phone needs to be able to send an international SMS to a verifying number. If you do not have cellular service, the phone can't do that. iMessage may stay active for a little while after you lose cellular, but eventually, you'll have this problem.

If your iMessage app isn't working despite being connected to Wi-Fi and you lost your Verizon connection due to non-payment, it might be related to the loss of cellular service. To resolve this issue, check your internet connection, iMessage settings, sign out and sign back in, restart your iPhone, check date and time settings, update carrier settings, verify cellular service status, reset network settings, update iOS, contact Apple Support, and check Apple System Status. If the problem persists, contacting Apple Support is the best option for further assistance.
