No, unless I am misunderstanding your question. Airplane Mode normally turns off all radios except Bluetooth.

AirPlane Mode turns off the Wi-Fi and cellular radios, so the phone will not have an Internet connection if AirPlane Mode is enabled. Find My won't work if an Internet connection is not available.
