iPhone 15 Pro Max Battery Issue

My iPhone 15 Pro Max battery health is dropping like crazy.

I bought the iPhone in October 2023. In April 2024(after 6 months), the battery health was at 93%).

As of today- August 2024 (after 10 months), the battery health is at 88%.

It is dropping more than 1% every month. Something doesn't seem right. I use Apple chargers only and my charging optimization is set at optimized.

What should be done in this case?
