Wrist Temperature doesn’t work AT ALL on Apple Watch

When are they going to fix the wrist temperature bug?? It’s been months since I got my new Apple Watch and it hasn’t taken wrist temperature since day 1 and Apple support investigated it thoroughly and just told me to wait until they fix it in an update? And yes I went through making sure focus is on and all the settings are correct, it just doesn’t function and is super frustrating since I bought this one for this feature to track fertility so thanks for that Apple!

Have you been to the Genius Bar at an Apple Retail Store? You state Apple Support investigated, what does that mean exactly? Did you talk to anyone in engineering?

Just as a point of reference, no Apple Watch tracks core temperature/wrist temperature from day one. The algorithms need to measure and determine your baseline temperature in order to estimate the necessary information. The initial measurements can take as little as a few days to weeks, because of variables in human physiology and environmental conditions.

Yes, I understand there’s 5 days of sleeping tracking required before it starts. And I contacted Apple support and they tracked analytics on my watch three different times for 24 hours each time. And after they couldn’t figure it out they responded, “
