Last week, my iWatch 7 started taking hours to charge. I have to now leave it overnight to get a charge even though it's only a quarter down on the battery indicator. I only charge it once a day.

On your series 7 goto Settings->Battery->Battery Health. If Battery Health is below 80% it’s likely time to have the battery serviced.

Go to Settings>Battery>Battery Health. Is optimized charging turned on? Try turning that off.
Have you looked into a fast charging cable or a more powerful power adapter?

My battery health is at 86%, so that's not the problem. :-(
I’m still using the 20W charger that came with my watch. But I can look into a higher wattage.
