2019 MacBook Pro Kernel Panic Help

I have a late 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro running on MacOS Sonoma 14.5 that keeps crashing due to Kernel panic. Not sure what info is useful to resolve this but here's more info about the hardware and crash report:

Processor: 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

MacBook Pro 16″

old issue, new issue, what changed?

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

Learn what to do if your computer restarts or shuts down unexpectedly, or you get a message that your computer restarted or shut down because of a problem.

work your way through this reference

If your Mac restarted because of a problem - Apple Support

unplug all non-essential peripherals when testing

if no insight or resolve post your kernel panic

From the Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy and paste:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

the panic file begin with “kernel” and/or ends in “Panic”

post the whole report in the “Additional Text” box

<< macOSPanicString" : "panic(cpu 4 caller 0xffffff800b3de43b): Invalid queue linkage: elt:0xffffff90bd0f2f10 {prev:0xffffff90bd1b0dc0, >>

that suggest one of:

• You are the first discover a new and unique bug deep in the heart of the macOS kernel, in the code that deals with queues and their linkages. (This is vanishingly unlikely.)

• you have a festering RAM memory problem, and the posters involved in queues and their linkages got clobbered because of it.

unfortanately/fortunately MacOS slightly randomizes the load point of key system routines as a hedge against fixed-address attacks. This means the weak memory cell will MOVE at each startup, to cause trouble in a completely different place, and show a completely different symptom.

You should run the diagnostic. if it finds an issue now, SAVE THE REPORT, as failed diagnostics are the main way the genius bar positively identifies hardware failures.

Remember that when you submit your Mac for service, your files may NOT be returned to you, so your MUST have recent backups.
