Upon the starting of the computer, before i am able to put my password in, the Bluetooth Setup Assistant pops up saying "Bluetooth Keyboard Setup" "There isnt a keyboard connected". The problem is the macbook has a keyboard connected to it that ive always used, ive never used a bluetooth keyboard.

Click on the window
The window looks inactive, looking at the greyed-out titlebar.. So, click any where on it, seeing if you get a red-colored X on to top left of your screen to close it:

You can set to slide no use Bluetooth at System Preferences > Bluetooth.
MacBook starts up with "Bluetooth Keyboard Setup, There isnt a keyboard connected".
